Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and streamline support service processes, including internal inquiries, warranty claims, and stock requests.
Ensure adequate staffing levels, equipment, and supplies to support service operations.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock.
Quality Control.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify issues.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement in support services.
Ensure that support operations comply with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
Matric.
Tertiary qualification in purchasing/supply chain (beneficial).
Minimum 3 years experience in a purchasing, buying, and store role.
Stock control experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
