High Street Fashion retailer is seeking a Manager for their fabulous store that sells stylish fashion.

The ideal candidate will be committed, energetic, and enjoy working in a team with the ability to develop strong relationships both with customers and the team. You will be passionate about selling, delivering a great experience for all customers, and committed to delivering KPIs and sales targets.

As Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Exceeding store targets and delivering KPIs.
2. Assisting in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results.
3. Delivering a great experience for all customers while leading your team in the Store Manager role.
4. Continuing to develop personal sales techniques and assisting in the development of associates' sales techniques to maximize sales.
5. Delivering high standards of visual merchandising.
6. Ensuring the sales floor is neat, clean, organized, and always reflects the correct visual image.
7. Commercially driving sales in a customer-focused sales environment.
8. Motivating, coaching, and developing the team.
9. Managing store P&L and costs.
