About the Brand/Division:

Our Vision is to provide exclusive premium apparel that is unmistakably Fabiani, which elevates our customers’ style and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive performance through the store KPI’s (e.g., turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals, etc.).
2. Manage stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
3. Drive turnover to ensure achievement of targets.
4. Ensure the team executes operational excellence through a customer-centric mindset.
5. Generate high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.
6. Ensure store staff implement merchandising strategy and standards.
7. Manage team schedule effectively.
8. Conduct staff training and development.
9. Oversee people management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
10. Control expenses.
11. Allocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and complete priorities.
12. Manage risk within the store.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. A Grade 12 qualification.
2. A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
3. Must have 3 years of Store Management experience.
4. Must have experience in driving sales to increase store profit.
5. Excellent customer service orientation.
