Stock Controller

Constantia Kunsmis, part of the TWK Group, has the following vacancy available: Stock Controller at Secunda, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Oversee the accurate recording and management of stock levels
2. Perform regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy
3. Monitor stock movements, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment of products
4. Coordinate with the purchasing department to prevent overstocking or stock shortages
5. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies or issues
6. Ensure proper storage and handling of goods in compliance with safety standards
7. Generate inventory reports and provide recommendations to optimize stock management

Qualifications and Skills

1. Matric / Grade 12
2. Proven experience as a Stock Controller or similar role
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
4. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
5. Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems)
6. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
7. Knowledge of the agricultural or fertilizer industry (advantageous)
