Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not Limited To)

Coordinating stock control operations with Warehouse Staff as well as the sales and finance departments.
Stock adjustments in conjunction with Warehouse Manager and operations.
Maintaining disassembly warehouse and completions.
Request to replenish expired stock returned to supplier.
Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays.
Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing and labelling.
Maintaining a steady flow of stock from bulk to where it is needed.
Performing daily inventory counts and finalize each count by close of business.
Maintaining and updating daily courier schedules.
Assisting with customer verification of orders, collections, deliveries and couriers.
Stock counts of the whole warehouse will be counted in 90 days (3 months).
Assist in all departments (checking, couriers, credits).
Stock count report on excel to be handed in to Warehouse Manager.
Security - ensuring procedures are followed and overseeing receiving of shipments and dispatching of orders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (no Exceptions)

Personal Attributes

Computer literate (Office & Outlook - only basic knowledge required).
Well spoken, fluent in English and at least 1 other official South African language.
Take pride in personal appearance.

Organization & time management skills.
Self-motivated.

Previous stock control experience.
