We are seeking a dynamic Stakeholder Relations Manager to join a industry leading Renewable Energy company! This role is critical in supporting the company's initiatives by identifying stakeholders in their project areas and understanding their expectations. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies that enhance the stakeholders' understanding of objectives and foster strong, sustainable relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans and tactics in line with the stakeholder engagement strategy.
• Manage stakeholder mapping, prepare communications, and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
• Contribute to the development of stakeholder relations strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead initiatives and create detailed stakeholder maps to support our projects and overall business objectives.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders, including provincial, district, and local levels, to ensure operational stability.
• Implement stakeholder relations strategies, policies, and procedures at business units and community levels.
• Oversee the operational activities of Stakeholder CRM Consultants at community project levels.
• Proactively identify community needs, risks, and develop management controls and approaches for community well-being initiatives.
• Develop project-specific stakeholder engagement plans, including mapping stakeholders, creating grievance mechanisms, and identifying key partners (NGOs, government, etc.).
• Oversee the community grievance mechanism, ensuring all grievances are addressed and resolved per project commitments.
• Regularly scan the internal and external environment to identify issues that could affect our relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong external profile for the company within our project areas.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities across the team.

Must-have Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in Stakeholder Relations or Community Relations, preferably in the renewable energy industry or a related field.
• Professional experience managing complex projects with multiple working groups, showcasing strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in the Renewable Energy or Construction Industry is highly desirable.
