Sr. Sales Executive

MUST HAVE AT LEAST THREE (3) YEARS MOTOR SALES EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

Citton Cars is a fast growing dynamically paced company, and we are looking for individuals who can keep up with our fast pace and the determination to succeed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Discussing customer’s needs and the features of different vehicles.
• Arranging test-drives.
• Negotiating the sale price, including any trade-in value for a customer’s old car.
• Working out finance, including cash and car loans.
• Selling accessories or after-sale service.
• Completing paperwork.
• Reaching sales target.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• The perfect individual must have experience and knowledge of the skills needed within the motor industry.
• Product knowledge.
• Negotiation skills.
• Financial literacy.
• Persuasion skills.
• Adaptability.
• Ability to listen to what the customer has to say.
• Ability to sell effectively over the phone.
• Ability to sell minimum quota according to dealership standards.
• Must be aggressive in selling and possess a positive attitude.
• Must be excellent at communicating information.

Package & Remuneration:

Lucrative Commission structure. Opportunity to earn an unmatched income (From R40 000 – R100 000 monthly). The basic salary will be dependent on sales volumes.

Fantastic commission structure is in place PLUS:

• Fuel
• Provident Fund
• Medical Aid Contribution
• Comms on Extras sold.
• Comms on Special units sold.

Must have valid driver’s license and computer literacy is essential.

No company car will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R10,000.00 - R100,000.00 per month
