As a Senior Developer, you will play a critical role in enhancing and scaling our return management platform.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and take ownership of key technical decisions that impact the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and enhancement of core features of our return management platform, focusing on high performance, scalability, and seamless integration with e-commerce systems.
2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly, responsive web applications that enhance the customer experience.
3. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define and deliver new features aligned with business goals.
4. Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth, continuous operation.
5. Mentor and guide junior developers, helping to raise the overall skill level of the development team.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and version control tools (Git).
2. Experience with server-side development using Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks is highly preferred.
3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
4. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international team.
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with e-commerce platforms and their integration (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
2. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker) is a bonus.
3. Knowledge of TypeScript, GraphQL, and other modern web development tools.
