SPORT SUPERVISOR

System of quality management

• Ensures that the sporting code areas are opened and closed on time. Players adhere to booking slots.
• Monitor member and guest experiences, taking proactive steps to deliver top notch customer service and information to potential members.
• Conduct tours and provide detailed information to potential members, showcasing our fantastic facilities
• Keep all equipment and facilities in pristine condition, coordinating with maintenance staff for any necessary repairs and upgrades.
• Assist in planning and organising exciting tournaments, matches, and other sporting events
• Coordinate with external organisations and clubs for inter-club competitions.
• Ensures all events run smoothly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Keeps up to date with the latest rules and promotions in each sporting section
• Assists members with any sport-related inquiries or complaints, ensuring their satisfaction
• Handle any adhoc duties as require

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric
• 3 Years relevant experience
• A deep understanding, passion and experience with two or more sporting codes being a distinct advantage
• MS Office (Excel and Word).
