Golf and Utility Fleet SA is looking for a Specialist: Technician to join their team at Kempton Park, Spartan branch. Position Overview

The purpose of the position is to perform maintenance to vehicles in order to ensure a fleet of vehicles which are available, reliable and safe to operate.

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Perform admin duties relevant to the role.
• Maintain inventory control by completing necessary admin for booking out parts and adhering to process in place for this.
• Maintain lube controls.
• Complete reports to report problems and work performed.
• Maintain safe and clean working conditions.
• Diagnostics on electric motors and combustion engines.
• Perform servicing and repairs on site.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge, DC and AC systems.
• All admin related to a technician’s job function e.g: job cards, quotes.
• Communication with clients.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent - essential.
• Tertiary qualifications will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• 2 years of experience in a Workshop / Field Technician Environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid unendorsed code 08 Drivers License, Code 10 or 14 will be an advantage.
• Own Transport.
