Introduction

We are looking for new Recruitment Consultants.

If you are an admitted attorney and not sure that practicing law is what you want to do, this might be just the right option for you. We offer a permanent position, with a good basic salary and lucrative commission structure.

You can use your legal expertise in a different way. Legal recruitment is an international career, and we place attorneys and legal advisors both locally and globally. There are no sales involved, and you do not need to bring in any business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing CV's of suitable candidates via our databases, LinkedIn and other sources.
2. Liaising with clients and candidates directly.
3. Updating our in-house system with progress of vacancies you are working on.
4. Interviewing candidates via Teams or Zoom.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

1. Legal background.
2. Knowledge of the large firms in South Africa and an interest in the legal industry in general.
3. Client service.
4. Professionalism.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Fast and accurate typing for correspondence.
7. Organised and structured.
8. Good online search skills.
9. Mature and confident.

Package & Remuneration:

Salary is negotiable on experience and includes basic and commission.
