Reports to: Senior Management

Core Description

Responsible to implement the Enterprise sales strategy to align to business plan expectations, in consultation with relevant stakeholders to ensure revenue growth and retention. Identify trends and customer needs, building both the existing and the new sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships whilst managing existing strategic customer accounts and nurture relationships for the purposes of serving customer requirements and growing account revenues.
  2. Establish clear tactical plans to implement the sales strategy to grow Openserve Enterprise Business by amassing new market development and market penetration thus driving revenue growth whilst defending the existing, in line with the business plan targets and market share aspirations.
  3. Develop account plans for strategic clients to nurture strengthen relationships to enable revenue retention management and business growth forecasting.
  4. Proactive analysis of industry trends, customer requirements and technological changes whilst regularly assessing alignment to Openserve business and commercial strategy.
  5. Manage proposal journey through pipeline management, internal and external stakeholders/decision-maker influence, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with solutions offering, and facilitate pitch coordination.

Education

  1. NQF 6: 3 year Diploma/ National Diploma in Business/Commerce or Telecommunication.

Experience

  1. 5 Years relevant experience.

Additional Information

Qualifications and experience:

  1. Degree/ Diploma preferably in Commerce, Telecommunications, Sales & Marketing.
  2. Experience in Marketing/ ICT (Telecommunication)/ business strategy and/or analysis/ Technical Product Development, of which 2 years should be customer facing/ consulting to external Marketing environment.

Special Requirements

  1. Willing to travel.
  2. Willing to work flexible working hours.
