ABOUT HMM
Hotazel Manganese Mines (HMM) is made up of two manganese mines, Mamatwan and Wessels. Both operations are located in the Kalahari Basin, home to 80 percent of the world’s manganese reserves.
WHAT SOUTH32 OFFERS:

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role is a permanent full-time position. As a Specialist Employee Relations, you will provide high quality and comprehensive employee relations advice and services to HMM and all relevant stakeholders, on the implementation of the organization's Human Resources and employee relations strategy, ensuring compliance with all appropriate legislation.
