Job description

Purpose

Support the strategy, development and implementation of digital experiences on the adidas Web and App platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of integrated digital marketing campaigns on both .com and App platforms.
  • Maintain holistic digital activation seasonal calendars including commercial initiatives, key eCommerce activations and Brand moments.
  • Coordinate and monitor digital implementation of campaigns and product drops on .com and App in collaboration with Global/Hub stakeholders, local eCom and Brand teams.
  • Brief in promotion mechanics and manage T&C’s approvals and uploads.
  • Post go-live, brief and execute post live checks across .com and App touchpoints.
  • Map and execute the ideal consumer journey for online touchpoints, as per global guidelines and in collaboration with the Hub Customer Experience team.
  • Propose measurement opportunities to continuously track and optimize the consumer journey.
  • Brief and manage the content and creative requirements for the Digital Activation team.
  • Work closely with the Membership, CRM and Performance Media teams to support online activations, ensure alignment and integration across touchpoints.

  • Execution excellence in brand campaigns, product launches and commercial promotions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Written communication skills.
  • Experience in project management – including critical path management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with digital production process and technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives.
  • Content, creative and copy creation and modification.
  • Experience or working knowledge of Analytics platforms, like Google or Adobe Analytics.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in online marketing, with a specific focus on content creation or management and optimizing consumer journeys.
  • University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
