At Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), we are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Agent to join our on-site team in Woodstock, Cape Town. In this role, you will handle customer queries via inbound calls and emails, providing personalised solutions, troubleshooting issues, and offering tailored recommendations. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service experiences and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. As a trusted expert, you will confidently assist customers with their inquiries, upsell services to meet their needs, and document interactions with accuracy. Looking For JD

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You should have a natural ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, and demonstrate active listening skills to understand and resolve customer needs effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in a contact centre or a customer-facing role and a proven track record of providing excellent service. Whether you come from hospitality, retail, or any other service-driven industry, your ability to troubleshoot, think on your feet, and take ownership of queries will set you apart.


You should be confident navigating multiple systems and comfortable working in a technology-driven environment. Adaptability, a positive attitude towards feedback, and the drive to meet targets are essential. Since this is an on-site role, you must be based in Cape Town and willing to work in our Woodstock office.


Requirements JD

  • Demonstrated (at least 1 year) of contact centre or customer-facing experience.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
  • Capable of handling challenging interactions with patience and composure in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
  • Comfortable with technology and navigating multiple systems.
  • Adaptable, results-driven, and adept at taking ownership to ensure first-class customer service to all clients.
  • Must be located in Cape Town, as this is an on-site role.
