Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or luxury lodge environment.
2. Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and local culinary trends.
3. Proven ability to manage and mentor kitchen staff effectively.
4. Attention to detail with a passion for creating beautifully presented dishes.
5. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
6. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
