As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a vital role in conducting market research and spend analysis to inform strategic sourcing initiatives and decision-making. You will negotiate with vendors to secure optimal product selection, pricing, and terms while managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, including tendering, SLA administration, and closeout. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and evaluating supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards. Additionally, you will prepare and evaluate bid solicitation documents and proposals, provide administrative support to streamline procurement processes, and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Through these activities, you will ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality goods and services that meet business needs effectively and efficiently.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing and buying (preferably in the Construction or Property Management industry).
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• CIPS Level 4 is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel (MS Dynamics Experience will be advantageous)
• Familiarity with statutory requirements, Legislation, and negotiation techniques..
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
