Job Summary

Our client, a leading Logistics Solution Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Solutions Lead to lead large-scale supply chain solution projects that optimize organizational value chain integration and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Apply supply chain management knowledge to solve problems in the supply chain.
• Lead large-scale supply chain solution projects, ensuring optimal integration with organizational value chains and supply chain capabilities.
• Provide guidance on analysis and design of complex supply chain solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage project communication.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 10-15+ years of relevant work experience in operations and/or solution design roles.
• Proven track record of leadership and team/project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
