What We’re Looking For:

We need a Solutions Architect (Expert) who can architect, implement, and optimize automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash, or PowerShell. You'll be the go-to expert for designing scalable infrastructure, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring seamless collaboration across cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), virtualization (VMware, OpenStack), and security teams.

Your technical leadership and ability to troubleshoot complex issues will make you an integral part of a powerhouse team that’s redefining IT automation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design & implement top-tier automation architectures using Ansible & IaC best practices.
• Lead & guide teams on automation strategies that boost efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Develop custom Ansible modules to take automation to the next level.
• Optimize & troubleshoot automation workflows for peak performance.
• Train & mentor teams, ensuring best practices are shared and followed.
• Stay ahead of trends, continuously exploring new tools & technologies to innovate solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8+ years’ experience in an architectural role with deep expertise in Ansible Automation.
• Red Hat Certified with a strong foundation in on-prem & virtualization tech.
• Strong scripting skills in Terraform, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) & virtualization (VMware, OpenStack).
• Passion for troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge-sharing.
• Experience with automated testing & Agile working methodologies.
