MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. EDUCATION : National Certificate in Draughting / Draughting Certificate Up to 3 years of college or architectural technical school
2. WORK EXPERIENCE : Previous use of modelling and simulation software years in the Building & Construction industry
3. OTHER : Proficiency across different CAD software and tools.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in model creation.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Understanding of 2D and 3D drawings.

Advanced proficiency in Windows, including MSWord, EXCEL, PPT.

Knowledge of the Building & Construction industry
