Solar Sales Representative

Our client is looking for a driven and energetic Solar Sales Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. This role involves identifying potential clients, educating them on solar solutions, and guiding them through the sales process.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating leads and following up on sales opportunities
• Conducting site assessments and presenting tailored solar solutions
• Educating clients on product benefits, savings, and financing options
• Preparing and delivering professional sales proposals
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales (solar or technical sales)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of solar systems (training provided if needed)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
• Matric certificate; additional technical or sales training is a plus
