Job Description

Experience: At least 10 years in the automotive/dealer environment, preferably from an OEM, with an understanding of road transport environment and challenges.

Responsibilities:

1. Total Aftermarket Services
2. Workshop Sales
3. Parts Sales
4. Aftersales admin routines, including costings, retail, internal, warranty, maintenance contracts, and accounts.
5. Customer service, resolving customer issues, CSI, customer visits, and customer solutions.
6. Business development
7. Staff development / HR
8. Standard dealership routines

Work Environment: Pressurized environment. Senior appointment reports directly to CEO/Director.
