Software Quality Engineer I - 12 Month Contract

Description:

Use automation framework and pre-defined test tools to:

1. Inspect, analyze, design, develop, and implement reusable automated test assets.
2. Quality assure the solution and its architecture.
3. Ensure the overall quality of the solution.

Good working knowledge of:

1. Front End and API automation.
2. Performance Testing (NFT).

Tools include:

1. Selenium
2. Appium
3. Healenium
4. RestAssured
5. JMeter

Experience in D is preferable.

Preference for onshore local SA talent based in Gauteng.

• Bachelor of Information Technology: Software Development (No)
• Bachelor of Science: Information Technology (No)
• Certificate: Software Testing (No)

• Agile Concepts (1 year)
• Agile Development (Proficient) (1 year)
• Automation standards and procedures (1 year)
• Data Quality Assurance (1 year)
• Data Science (1 year)
• Java Development with J2EE and/or Springboot knowledge (Beginner) (1 year)
• Object Orientation (Developers) (1 year)
• Testing principles and processes (1 year)
