Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement and be accountable for short to medium-term strategic and operational marketing plans and commercial implementations for the Renal portfolio in the Region.
  2. Manage day-to-day marketing programs and activities to meet agreed profit, revenue, and market share objectives.
  3. Responsible for financial goals of assigned business units to achieve the Renal business targets and agreed growth plans.
  4. Responsible for marketing budget allocation and management.
  5. Develop marketing / operational plan, outlining and designing key activities and marketing programs.
  6. Showcase ability to understand market trends, complex financial data, and customer needs to help define planning and product positioning strategies.
  7. Produce tactical plans for key strategic markets / projects and lead team's engagement in execution.
  8. Follow up the implementation of the marketing strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Make regular field visits to key accounts and KOLs to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  10. Conduct product presentations and training for customers and teams.
  11. Manage tools and collateral used by clinical and sales teams for communication and promotion.
  12. Engage in tender management and pricing governance.
  13. Oversee events associated with key opinion leaders and advocacy groups.
  14. Effectively segment key markets and design positioning and targeting strategies.
  15. Engage in financial budget development with the sales team.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree with a medical background is required (medical, pharmacist, biomedical, and science background are highly preferred).
  2. Extensive experience (5 years or more) in marketing / product management in multinational / international medical device and / or pharmaceutical business (experience in Renal / Dialysis business is an advantage).
  3. Postgraduate degree or master's in marketing is an advantage.
  4. Potential travel time & in-field visits: around 50 - 60%.
