1. Experience:
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a .Net Developer with expertise in:

• .Net Core
• C#
• Angular
• MS SQL

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write and maintain clean, testable code using the .Net Ecosystem and DevOps Server.
2. Expertise in MS SQL database management and Web UI design.
3. Enforce development deadlines and schedules.
4. Review and refactor code for optimization and maintainability.
5. Collaborate in developing solutions and systems architecture.
6. Create detailed technical specifications to understand solutions and work items holistically.
7. Conduct task prioritization and impact analysis.
8. Perform high-level designs to provide scope and effort estimates.
9. Accurately estimate the duration and effort required for tasks.
10. Identify system deficiencies and recommend effective solutions.
11. Create storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to visualize user interactions.
12. Upskill team members by assisting junior staff.
13. Showcase new technologies and methodologies to improve team capabilities.
14. Ensure stable releases to QA and Production environments.
15. Configure applications for QA and Production environments.
16. Update system documentation as changes occur.
17. Document development and operational procedures.
18. Provide system support during production Proof of Concept (POC) phases.
19. Ensure system stability throughout the POC period.
20. Address and resolve system-related issues promptly.
21. Develop software programs that meet specifications.
22. Test programs, interfaces with other systems, and provide test data to testers.
23. Implement changes into Staging and Production environments.
24. Update data model documentation and ensure accuracy.
25. Offer technical support and guidance to colleagues regarding systems and programs.
