Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Process Technologist to join their client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the production processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring the overall efficiency and safety of the manufacturing operations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify process bottlenecks, and develop and implement solutions to enhance productivity and product quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Technologist in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and process optimization techniques.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
5. Experience with safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing industry.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
9. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
