A Senior Partner Manager is an integral part of our team, responsible for reshaping the online video market in South Africa.

This role involves providing support to Partner Managers and ensuring they have the necessary tools to execute active projects and client needs. The Senior Partner Manager oversees their own project team, meeting client expectations through innovative digital strategies, campaign execution, and always-on activities supported by a digital content manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet customer requests across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Lead document compilation, such as content calendars and decks, and collaborate with clients on feedback and final approvals.
• Project manage a content team to ensure assets are produced and delivered according to briefs and strategies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes.
• Maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
• Familiarize yourself with YouTube as a platform and execute tasks with team support and other specialists when needed.
• Strategize and implement email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with platform and industry news and insights.
• Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Present monthly reports reflecting strategy and content performance for each brand and platform.
• Manage Partner Managers to deliver high-quality work and maintain exceptional platform expertise.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Digital Marketing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in account management/project management/digital marketing.
• YouTube Specialist: Proficient in leveraging YouTube for brand building, creating strategies, executing SEO, running ads, analyzing analytics, copyright management, and monetization setup.
• Strong social media knowledge, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Clients-focused experience with managing expectations and deliverables.
• Experience overseeing multiple simultaneous projects/tasks.
• Team leadership, delegation, and project management skills.
• Understanding of current market trends.
• Multitasking and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Stable internet connection and reliable transportation required.
• South African ID and valid driver's license essential.
• Passion for YouTube and online video.

About Us

We're a company based in {company} that offers a competitive package and remuneration. Our salary range is R30 000 - R35 000 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
