Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Rivonia, Sandton (On-site)
Working Hours: Flexible Half day US, half day SA (to be discussed)

About the Role: We're looking for a Social Media Manager to create engaging content, grow our online presence, and interact with clients and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and post high-quality content across all social media platforms.
2. Manage and grow engagement through interactive posts, comments, and messages.
3. Handle client interactions via social media and assist with marketing efforts.
4. Implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
5. Track performance analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
2. Strong content creation skills, including graphics, video, and copywriting.
3. Experience engaging with audiences and handling client interactions.
4. Social media strategy and engagement experience.
5. Community management skills (responding to followers, managing comments, and handling inquiries).
6. Analytics & performance tracking knowledge to assess content effectiveness.
7. Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
8. Based in Johannesburg with no hybrid work option available.
9. Graphic design skills are a plus, but candidates must also have hands-on experience managing business social media accounts.
