Social Media Executive Overview

This thriving fashion company is looking for a Social Media Executive. In this extremely varied role, you will support the Director and teams, completing tasks for posting on social media, liaising with wholesale, managing stock count on Shopify, assisting the design/product development teams, and customer service.

Social Media Executive Responsibilities

1. Support the Director with ad-hoc administration
2. Work alongside design/product development to assist them with administrative tasks
3. Be the first point of contact for customers in the showroom, welcoming them in
4. Chase suppliers for samples
5. Provide customer service for the in-house brand
6. Post engaging content on the brand’s social media platforms
7. Arrange photoshoots for new collections, including booking models and locations
8. Influence PR
9. Liaise with wholesalers, keeping them up to date on Shopify stocks
10. Manage the Shopify stock and update it when necessary
11. Collate samples for wholesalers
12. Communicate between the ecommerce store & warehouse

Social Media Executive Requirements

1. A highly organised individual with the ability to multitask in this fast-paced environment
2. Competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
3. Experience with Shopify/Customer Service is desirable
