Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
Proven track record of growing social media platforms and driving sales through digital channels.
Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
Strong content creation skills, including video editing, photography, and graphic design.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
1. Social Media Strategy & Management:
Set up and manage the social media ecosystem for the company.
Develop, implement, and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
Build and grow the brand’s presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Monitor platform performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
2. Content Creation:
Collaborate with marketing teams and copywriters to plan, shoot, and produce engaging and on-brand content.
Ensure that all content aligns with the brand identity and adheres to legal and industry standards.
3. Influencer Marketing:
Identify, acquire, and manage partnerships with influencers to expand the brand’s reach.
Build relationships with content creators, photographers, and videographers for high-quality content production.
4. Sales & E-Commerce Integration:
Utilize social media platforms to drive traffic and sales to the company’s online store.
Integrate product promotions, special offers, and new launches into social media content plans.
