The Social Media & Marketing Assistant will play a key role in enhancing the company’s visibility through engaging marketing campaigns, creative content development, and brand-building initiatives. This role involves managing social media platforms, supporting marketing events, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Content Creation & Brand Development:

- Create high-quality visual and written content, including social media graphics, product photos, and promotional videos.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:

- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Assist with designing marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop product-driven marketing strategies.

Event Support & Coordination:

- Assist in organizing and promoting company events and/or product exhibitions
- Help set up promotional displays and manage event logistics when needed.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Track and report on campaign performance and social media engagement metrics.
- Use data insights to adjust strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation is an advantage.

Key Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media platforms.
- Creativity with a keen eye for detail and visual design.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
