Business Unit : PaaS and SaaS
Core Description : To provide leadership and strategic management of the SAP Functional Solutions and related service offerings within Enterprise Partners.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions :
- Formulate & implement SAP Functional strategy for current / future market forces and movements in alignment with the SAP COE strategy and overall Solutions strategy.
- Develop innovative SAP Functional solutions / product sets and define the go-to-market strategy in support of Group strategic drivers.
- Deploy / provision of SAP Functional solutions in alignment with high levels of quality, standards, and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed SLA's or contracts.
- Lead development plans to deliver solutions and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Maintain relationship with vendors to align on go-to-market strategy and delivery approach.
- Provide technical input into proposals and RFP processes for the SAP solution set.
- Oversee delivery and deployment of solutions in accordance with scope, budget, and service level agreements in collaboration with the SAP PMO team.
- Provide technical direction to project teams regarding architecture and engineering sets, information security, standards, and leading practices to deliver high levels of quality, standards, and operability as defined in the agreed project plans.
- Manage the development and implementation of processes / procedures to maintain or recover the delivery of solutions in the event of any physical, technical, or environmental disaster or major outage, providing continuity of service to customers.
- Manage the identification and mitigation of operational risk.
- Promote and facilitate optimum engagement between and within BCX Divisions and establish and enhance relationships and network with strategic partners, customers, and vendors in support of market dominance.
- Manage the annual budget and forecasts for the SAP Functional area within defined guidelines, directing and coordinating activities to achieve revenue and cost containment targets.

Minimum Qualifications :
- NQF 8 : Honours Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Business or Information Technology
- NQF 4 : Grade 12 National Diploma
Experience :
- At least 2 years at senior management level.
- 9 years' SAP Consulting experience, of which 3 years is at a senior management level.
Certifications : SAP certified
Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry
Level of Engagement : Interact with similar levels, Chiefs, and various stakeholders within and outside BCX.
