Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing luxury interior spaces, with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and bespoke joinery. Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray is essential for this role, as the candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations and technical drawings that bring our designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget for high-end kitchen, bathroom, and custom joinery projects.
• Develop innovative interior design concepts and layouts that align with the companys luxury brand and aesthetic.
• Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and presentations using SketchUp and V-Ray to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Produce technical drawings, mood boards, and material selections to ensure seamless project execution.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and craftsmen to ensure designs are accurately translated into production.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and finishes to provide cutting-edge design solutions.
• Conduct site visits and provide design support during installation and project execution phases.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in high-end kitchen, bathroom, and joinery design.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray (experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury interior designs and high-quality 3D renderings.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes in the kitchen and joinery industry.
• Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-end design aesthetics.
