Site Supervisor - Junior*

Overview

We are seeking a Junior Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to industry standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach to support successful project execution.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise on-site laborers and construction teams
2. Ensure consistent availability of materials and equipment
3. Track construction budgets and expenditures
4. Collaborate with the Site Manager and Project Manager for daily activities
5. Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
6. Create and manage work schedules
7. Comply with industry standards and safety protocols
8. Update management on on-site progress
9. Conduct safety inspections at the site
10. Compile and present detailed site reports

Requirements

1. 1-3 years experience as a Junior Site Supervisor or in a similar finishing role
2. Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations
3. Basic knowledge of safety practices for construction sites
4. Strong time management and organizational abilities
5. Effective leadership skills
6. Experience with construction tools and equipment
7. A keen eye for detail and quality
8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Physical strength and stamina
11. Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
12. Readiness to travel to different site locations
13. Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings
