Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and costs
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with RAMS
Education:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Health and safety regulations
- Project management
- Budgeting and cost control
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in Construction Management
- Experience with large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge of environmental regulations
Working Conditions:
- Work on-site in various weather conditions
- May require travel to different project locations
- Frequent interaction with subcontractors and project stakeholders
