Site Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
2. 58 years of proven experience in construction supervision and project management, preferably within food manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, building materials, and relevant regulations.
4. Hands-on experience with large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
5. Proficiency in construction-related software such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
6. Solid knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards applicable to the construction industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor construction progress on-site and compile accurate, timely reports for management.
2. Coordinate and oversee daily construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Interpret technical drawings and specifications, providing clear guidance to on-site teams.
4. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
5. Conduct regular site inspections and address technical or operational challenges as they arise.
6. Work closely with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and architects to align efforts and resolve issues.
7. Perform quality control checks and conduct material testing to ensure standards are met.
8. Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities, including resource allocation and procurement of materials.
9. Maintain comprehensive records of site activities, changes, and progress updates.
10. Uphold high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance throughout all project phases.
