Job Title: Site Civil Engineer (TL Experience)

Job Summary:

The Site Civil Engineer is responsible for project coordination at the site, ensuring documentation control and technical compliance throughout all phases of construction. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Supervising:
   • Oversee all stages of installations, including:
   • Access road and platform works
   • Soil investigation works
   • Benching and excavation
   • Foundation works (open tire and/or pile tire)
   • Protection of tower footing (revetment/ retaining wall, etc.)
2. Implementation:
   • Independently manage excavation and foundation activities within the project site.
   • Ensure that the project is executed according to design specifications and that the appropriate concrete mix is utilized for foundation works.
   • Collaborate closely with the construction manager to manage civil work activities.
   • Uphold a safe and healthy work environment on-site, adhering to all relevant safety regulations.
   • Monitor daily project activities and report on progress.
   • Organize Joint Measurement Certificate (JMC) meetings with the client engineer after each project phase and assist the commercial manager with construction invoices.
   • Implement and maintain quality and safety measures in the assigned section of the project.
   • Generate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) as required by the construction manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or related field (Full-time).
• 7 to 15 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site management and technical compliance.
• Proven experience in supervising construction activities and managing project documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
