Reporting to the Director General, Human Resources, this position will be responsible for assisting the Compensation & Benefits Lead under the guidance of the DG-HR in the preparation of analytical MIS reports related to Compensation and Benefits, budgeting and monitoring utilization, Employee Costs and execution of HR operational processes and systems related to the Bank's Payroll administration, Benefits administration, HR services, Onboarding and Off Boarding administration.
