Minimum Requirements

1. Grade 12
2. Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
3. Computer literacy: Excel (Syspro & Translution will be advantageous)
4. Attention to detail
5. Accuracy of data
6. Good verbal and written communication skills
7. Supervisory skills
8. Good health as he/she will be working in a cold environment
9. Product knowledge

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Processing of purchase orders
2. Receiving of deliveries
3. Monthly Stock Take & reconciliation of stock
4. Reconciling delivery notes with purchase orders
5. Organising stock on the shelves
6. Placing of stock in designated areas for ongoing projects
7. Daily execution of the stock management process
8. Managing of staff
9. Managing the loading of orders onto trucks
10. Liaise with the Logistics Planning process for the loading/off-loading of trucks at the Cold Room
11. Store Keeping/Procurement jobs
