Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, car rentals, and itineraries.
- Plan, organise, and oversee meetings, events, and conferences, managing logistics, invitations, and resources.
- Handle high-pressure situations with grace, managing urgent tasks and last-minute changes efficiently.
- Ensure all details, big and small, are meticulously attended to.
- Provide confidential administrative support, prepare high-level presentations, and manage sensitive information.
- Assist with both personal and corporate tasks for Senior Executives with discretion and professionalism.
- Supervise office operations, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, layout, branding, and renovations.
- Manage online, video, and in-person conferencing tools.
- Proactively anticipate and address executive needs to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Manage personal, household, and family-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in providing high-level administrative support.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks with precision, even under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, persistence, and resourcefulness to handle complex and urgent tasks.
- A commitment to team success, willing to take on challenges and contribute to the overall objectives.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Proven experience in event coordination, travel management, and office administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
