The Mentorship for Ukraine Program by The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is looking for professionals who are willing to share their experience and knowledge with Ukrainians looking to establish their careers.

What You'll Do as a Mentor:

  1. Guide mentees through career development and job search strategies.
  2. Offer industry-specific insights and professional advice.
  3. Provide feedback on CVs, cover letters, and interview preparation.
  4. Connect with mentees through an easy-to-use digital platform at your convenience.
