Service Technician - VSD and Switchgear

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician with proven experience in fault finding and repair of LV VSDs/VFDs and Switchgear, at least 3 years effective experience on VSDs/VFDs specifically.

Must be able to do fault finding and repair down to component level.

PCB building experience might be beneficial.

National Diploma in Electrical Engineering might be beneficial, but any relevant qualification might suffice.

Must have a driver's license.

Must be proficient on a professional level in both English AND Afrikaans due to the customer base.

Must be willing and able to attend to callouts if warranted, and to do standby.

Must have sober habits.

RSA Citizens only.

No criminal record.

This is a permanent position.

Salary is negotiable.
