Main Responsibilities

  1. To troubleshoot system problems and the repair of such work
  2. To perform duties on workshop floor of site and underground
  3. To participate and assure a high standard of work
  4. Rectify all electrical and mechanical breakdowns
  5. Ensure legal compliance on all machines
  6. Quality work at all times
  7. After hours and standby duties
  8. Be part of the safety programme and good housekeeping
  9. To be part of the workshop team
  10. Time keeping as per company rules and regulations
  11. In case of any off-site work company to provide transport
  12. Expected to assist in other areas/divisions in the company when needed

Required Skills and Capabilities

  1. Technical background
  2. Valid driver's licence
  3. Good product knowledge
  4. Interpersonal skills to work as part of the Workshop team
  5. Be presentable to customers in grooming and dresscode

Educational Qualification

Grade 12/NTC 3 with trade qualification
