Service Technician – Jsst

Main job function : Repair, service and maintenance of Analytical Laboratory equipment.

Qualifications : Suitable qualification equivalent to National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation.

Experience / Criteria :

1. Experience must include instrumentation background on pressure, flows, temperature and laboratory equipment.
2. Must be able to read and understand electronic circuit diagrams.
3. Self-motivation is very important; need to function independently.
4. Computer skills are an absolute necessity, mainly Microsoft Office package.
5. This is a critical requirement.
6. Driver's license with sound driving experience.
7. Be prepared to travel within SA, also into Africa, with overnight duties.
8. Adherence to targets and completion of service reports after a job is completed.
9. Past laboratory experience will be an advantage.

Salary : R23 to R25
