Job Advert About the role Join our team as a Service Desk Analyst within our Customer Experience Team in Government Technology Services (GTS)!

In this role, you will be providing support to our customers for all IT-related issues.

This includes advising and responding to customer enquiries, troubleshooting basic IT issues and triaging incident tickets to the appropriate teams.

Having excellent organisational skills are essential in this role as you will be dealing with a range of customers from different government departments and internal staff to third party suppliers.

GTS offer a hybrid working approach with part of your work week based in the office and part working from home where desired.
