Job Description

Planning the service center activities in order to:

• Progress service jobs and provide information to all key stakeholders.
• Safeguard job priority, contractual obligations & customer expectations.
• Create an excellent customer experience.

Running of SC Stores

• Stock control.
• Dispatch of goods.
• Receiving of goods.
• Following up on stock orders.
• Stock control of consumables.

Tool Control

• Certification and calibration.
• Inspection of all tools.
• Arranging servicing of tools.

Purchasing

• Generating of Service Center PO.
• Reviewing of Service Center suppliers.

Service Center Admin

• Technician timesheet capturing.

Education Qualification

• Required 4 years of relevant experience in the same field.
• Degree / Diploma in Logistic Management.
