Job Description: To action incoming or outgoing customer calls, electronic communications, and queries as per agreed standard operating procedures to ensure customer needs and business objectives are met.

19. Plan and schedule activities to improve service.
20. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat to ensure full resolution.
21. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of queries by other stakeholders.
22. Place operational outbound calls to customers for outstanding documentation or follow-up on incomplete queries.
23. Assist branch consultants with eBucks queries at a branch level.
24. Assist in advising customers on eBucks Shop orders.
25. Assess your own performance through timely feedback and request training where appropriate.
