Service Advisor - Tools and Machinery - Pretoria

Job Requirements

1. Consult with Repairs Technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives
2. Use knowledge of products and services to provide information about available parts and service options
3. Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments
4. Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections and cost savings
5. Manage and oversee the Repairs division workflow and schedule
6. Call customers to advise them on pick-up times
7. Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Desired Work Experience

1. Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
2. Strong understanding of Repairs and Maintenance of tools and machinery

Salary: Negotiable with Benefits available.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 – 13:00.
