Automotive Service Advisor – West Rand

A leading dealership in West Rand is looking for a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with their service needs
2. Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs
3. Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely vehicle delivery
4. Liaise between customers and the workshop team
5. Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices
6. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment (min 2 years)
2. Strong communication and customer service skills
3. Technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
5. Proficiency in automotive service software
