Server Room Equip Maint Scheduler and Annual Renewals Jr Manager

We pride ourselves on offering top-tier server room and data centre equipment maintenance services to our clients. We’re looking for a Server Room Equipment Maintenance Scheduling & Annual Renewal Junior Manager to join our team and help us provide proactive, seamless equipment service maintenance for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule Routine Maintenance: Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance for our clients’ server room equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
2. Manage Annual Renewals: Oversee annual maintenance contract renewals, keeping our customers’ equipment covered and their services uninterrupted.
3. Customer Communication: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and ensure maintenance schedules align with their operational hours.
4. Monitor Equipment Health: Track equipment performance, identify potential issues, and schedule necessary repairs or upgrades before they become critical.
5. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, renewals, and equipment status for each client.
6. Ensure that all maintenance records are kept up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in service scheduling including liaising with the customer, scheduling service teams, following up on any repairs that may be required.
2. Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and vendors.
4. Ability to manage multiple client schedules simultaneously while ensuring no service disruptions.
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite – specifically Excel.
6. At least 2 years of experience in scheduling and quoting, ideally in a maintenance or facilities environment.
7. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
8. Ability to work well under pressure.

Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00.
